Who is

Tanya, in one sitting

A motivated, adaptable marketer with international experience across social media management, content marketing, event activation and B2B client relations.

I launched my own personal brand during university, which is where I learned to spot a market opportunity and move on it. Those instincts now run through everything I do: marketing coordination, content creation and growth for the brands I support. Having worked in Thailand, the United States and Canada, I'm at home in multicultural teams and I solve problems best under a little pressure.

Areas of proficiency

Packed for any brand, any market.

The skills I bring to every team, from a Thai tavern's Instagram to an energy company's trade-show floor.

Social media strategy Short-form video & hooks B2B content & brochures Brand partnerships Event & trade-show marketing Personal branding

Social media & content creation

Content calendars, on-camera and behind-camera production, captions and community management for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Brand management

Keeping voice, visuals and messaging consistent across multiple brands at once, from a wellness studio to a plumbing company.

Digital marketing (website + email)

Website updates and landing pages in Wix, email campaigns in Mailchimp, and the analytics that tell you what worked.

Communications & copywriting

Brochures, LinkedIn announcements, menus and event copy, written for the reader and the platform, not the committee.

Event & trade-show marketing

Booth planning, festival activations, client-appreciation events and the follow-up that turns a conversation into a client.

Personal branding

Built my own audience from zero with a repeatable content system, then applied the same playbook to founders and small brands.

Case study · @sheistanyam · Feb 2026

3 things I learned from 3M+ organic views

Over two months I tested one content idea on my own Instagram. Same concept, split into two parts, zero paid promotion. The results changed how I think about marketing, and this is the method behind them.

01

One concept, two parts

Every idea ships as Part 1 and Part 2. The sequencing gives people a reason to follow, and the second post inherits the first one's momentum.

02

Test the hook, not the topic

I cut two or three opening lines for the same video and watch the first-three-second retention before I decide which one stays.

03

Score by shares and saves

Likes tell me it was liked. Shares tell me it travelled, saves tell me it was useful. Those two numbers decide what I make next.

04

Re-cut the winner

The best-performing structure becomes a template: same pacing, same on-screen text rhythm, new subject. That's how a one-off becomes a series.

Lesson one

Shares beat likes.

Likes boost ego. Shares build distribution. When someone sends your post to a friend, the algorithm reads it as value.

"Virality isn't about being liked. It's about being passed along."

Lesson two

Saves signal long-term value.

A save tells the platform this is worth coming back to. Content that teaches, simplifies or organizes gets saved.

"Entertainment gets attention. Clarity gets stored."

Lesson three

Structure beats creativity.

The hook, the pacing, the Part 1 → Part 2 sequencing. Most brands focus on visuals; few focus on psychology.

"Retention is engineered."
